Green Juice with Spinach, Mint, Lime, Celery, Ginger, Cucumber and Apple

About the ingredients
Spinach: It is a good source of vitamins A, B2, C and K. Spinach plays a role in eye health and has strong anti-ageing properties. It also contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium and potassium.
Mint: Promotes digestion and soothes stomachs in cases of indigestion or inflammation.
Celery: High in dietary fibre, very rich in vitamin K and contains folate, vitamin A, potassium, and vitamin C.
Limes: Promotes weight loss, great for skin care, improved digestion, relief from constipation, eye care, and treatment of scurvy, piles, peptic ulcer, respiratory disorders, gout, gums, urinary disorders, etc.
Ginger: Ginger is an anti-inflammatory that can treat conditions like arthritis. It also improves digestion and circulation.
Cucumber: Promotes digestive health, fights inflammation, contains vitamins B-1, B-5 and B-7.

Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 1 packet baby spinach
- a handful of mint
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 lime
- 1 small piece of ginger ( about 1 tsp)
- ½ cucumber
Method
Juice all ingredients together.
